Marty started working in the accounting and financial services industry back in 2004.
Gaining great exposure to a vast array of businesses whilst working as an accountant and auditor at KPMG, he soon became a Chartered Accountant. He then transitioned into the financial services industry as a client and investment manager with Fordham Investment Management, which led to managing a team of advisers at Perpetual Limited.
In 2015, Marty joined The Dodge Family Office. As a Director, Marty manages a broad range of financial investments across many different asset classes and various property development projects. Marty sits on the Board of Spartan School Supplies Pty Ltd.
